Public Records & FOIA RequestsThe City of Red Bud provides copies of information or documents in accordance with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The cost for copies of requested information is $.15 per page after the first 50 pages. Payment is required prior to receiving copies.
Please provide your request for inspection of, or copies of records in writing to the FOIA Officer by mail, fax or personal delivery. Please complete the FOIA Request Form. The FOIA Officer will respond to each properly submitted request as required by the Illinois Freedom of Information Act. |
