If you were shut off due to non-payment, follow these instructions to be reconnected. -Before 3PM (Monday-Friday), bill must be paid in full plus a $25.00 reconnect fee. Other Ways to Pay Your Utility Bill:In Person/Over the Phone
Payments may be made at City Hall Monday through Friday from 7:30AM-4PM. City Hall is located at 200 East Market Street. City Hall may be reached at (618) 282-2315. We accept cash, check, debit card or credit card payments. *A 2.25% transaction fee is added to debit and credit card payment amounts. The City does not receive any revenue from the transaction fee. Payments may be made in person with cash or check at any Red Bud bank. Those payments are then forwarded to the City of Red Bud on a daily basis. Payment may be made through online banking. Note: Please allow extra time for the City to receive these payments. The bank sends the payments through the United States Postal Service in batches so they will not be received the day the payment is made.
