Residents Ward III Informational Meeting is Scheduled for March 9, 2010. The Notice can be Found HERE. February 1, 2010 Dear Water Customer, Below is a cross-connection control survey that is to be completed by all City water customers. It is mandatory for all customers to complete and return this survey to City Hall at 200 E. Market, St., or the Utility Plant at 525 Power St. It can also be included with your utility bill. The city is required to compile the information on this survey and forward the results to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. We urge you to complete and return the survey. Households that do not return surveys will be contacted by phone or in person. If you have questions, please phone the utility plant at 282-3339. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
